"You have no idea how he ranted an! d raved," she told the Sunday Times Style in an interview published this weekend. "It was at a time when I was really fragile and vulnerable. I was, like, you have no idea what I'm going through. I will never have a working relationship with that man again."

Macdonald reportedly confronted the singer in the middle of the crowded party, saying her then-red hair looked like "s***", and ranting that she should sack her stylist.

Ironically, it was Macdonald who was responsible for Cole's less-than-stylish and much-mocked Fight For This Love outfit, which consisted of slashed-to-the-thigh harem pants, a sheer leotard and a broad-shouldered military jacket. Pot, kettle, black, anyone? She had also championed his designs numerous other times, wearing them as a judge on The X Factor and to public appearances. Biting the hand that feeds you, anyone?

Cole is now styled by Renelou Padora, who also works with Kanye West - and is, additionally, the woman responsible for Kim Kardashian's recent style overhaul.
