Cheryl Cole's body is definitely at the top of our wish list, and who could blame us, with her foxy legs, cinched waist and pert boobs.

But how does she do it? By working out to a DVD apparently. The 28-year-old has showed off her assets in all their glory in a cute Pam Hogg catsuit at the Capital FM Summertime Ball just a few weeks ago, and has been hot on her promotional trail ever since, but according to Cheryl, Tracey Anderson's DVD is her go-to saviour.

Talking to Now magazine: "I work out a lot. I do 45 minutes of dance cardio every day. It's hard to get started but now I love it."

Cheryl, who loves her dancing, admits that she puts in the hard work to get results and doesn't expect it to be easy.

"What's the point if it's not hard? I work hard for my body. Part of Tracey's method is that you work out your muscles and then you dance, so it couldn't be better for me."
