Legal documents concerning Cheryl Cole's lawsuit against The X Factor USA have emerged online.

As we previously reported, the Girls Aloud star was thought to be suing Blue Orbit Productions for 1.4million over missing earnings as a result of being sacked from the series.

The Daily Mail has now obtained papers stating that Chezza was promised a $100,000 wardrobe allowance, a monthly $15,000 hotel budget and a $25,000 stylist as part of her deal to be a judge on the US show.

As well as pocketing a cool $1.8million for the first series and $2million for the next season, the legal documents also state that bosses promised 'the talent' extras worth $142,500 and that they would pay for her security.

The newspaper reports that Cheryl has claimed she was promised the money, despite not taking part in the show.

The Call My Name singer alleges that Simon Cowell also promised her free first! class travel from London to Los Angeles, while the production company would also pay for three members of her camp to fly economy to LAX.

Cole claims that she signed a 'Pay or Play' contract with Blue Orbit Productions that guaranteed her $1.8 million for the first season and $2 million for the second - even if she didn't appear on the show.

Although the Girls Aloud star acknowledges that she was paid the $1.8 million for the first series, she says she's still owed the $2 million for Season Two, plus her various expenses.

Cole recently denied rumours suggesting she was to make a comeback to the UK series, with a spokesperson stating: "Cheryl has no plans to return."
