Cheryl Cole was snapped rehearsing for her Jingle Bell Ball rehearsal this morning.

Wearing fluorescent trainers and a grey tracksuit combo, the Girls Aloud beauty stood in the dance studio next to a bunch of speakers.

Showing off the snap of her pulling some shapes, her PA Lily England tweeted: "Look who's rehearsing on her own in the corner... too cute!!!! #CapitalJBB."

And Chezza appeared to be well and truly focused as she moved her arm up and down in the air.
