We've been waiting for this one to show up: Woulda/coulda/shoulda judge for The X Factor CherylCole has sued the show, claiming she is owed at least $2.3 million.Never mind she was fired as a judge before the first season even began.

As you may recall, the show's higher-ups sacked the Brit singer because they were afraid no Americans would be able to understand her accent. So they then hired Britney Spears.Ummmm. They paid Cole $1.8 million for her first season's salary, although she never appeared in an episode, but now she's complaining she had a contract withBlue Orbit Productions that entitles her to her second season's $2 million salary and other expenses, as well, the HollywoodReporter says.

What expenses? Well, the suit filed in L.A. Superior Court notes a $100,000 wardrobe allowance, a $25,000 stylist allowance, $15,000 for a hotel or apartment inL.A. and an extra $2,500 per month for living expenses. She also wants reimbursement for her first-class, round-trip plane tickets between L.A. and London. If that's not enough, she's also asking for interest on that cash, money for her legal fees and "further relief as the Court may deem just and appropriate." Funny, the term "just and appropriate" simply doesn't seem to apply in this case.
