Cheryl Cole has hinted that her ex husband Ashley Cole and her former boss Simon Cowell should be worried about her forthcoming autobiography.

The Girls Aloud star spoke about the contents of her book, which is due to go on sale on October 11, during an appearance on TV's This Morning.

She told presenter Denise Van Outen: "I've actually got a lot of stuff to say and things to put straight and it's been a cathartic experience - more than I thought.

"[It's] draining - but really good to just get everything out and on to a piece of paper."

And when DVO - who has been confirmed as appearing on Strictly Come Dancing - asked if anybody should feel nervous, Chezza responded cryptically.

She said: "Only if they think they should be! If they think they should be then they probably should."

And she said she was amazed at some of the more outlandish reports she had read concerning herself.

"I heard recently that I don't eat and that I just have B vitamin injected - please God."
