Will.i.am says people should be excited about the release of Cheryl Cole's 3rd album.

Will, 37, believes 28-year-old Cheryl works in the same way as the late Michael Jackson - going over every detail again and again.

'I can't give too much away but Cheryl's album is going to be big,' says Will, who manages Cheryl's career in the US.

'Like Michael Jackson she is a complete perfectionist.

'Unless she is 100% happy with something she just won't put it out there.'

Cheryl finished recording the unnamed album in February and filmed the video for new single Call My Name earlier this month.

Alex Da Kid andTaio Cruz were eager to work with the Geordie star.

'She has got some of the biggest artists and producers in the industry to work with her, not just because she is talented but because everybody who meets her loves her,' Will tells the Daily Star.

'She is one of the most likeable people in the industry and to be genuine is as important as talent.'
