Cheryl Cole goes retro in 'Under The Sun' music video - pictures

Cheryl Cole has released a series of stills from her forthcoming music video.

The singer is transported back to the 1960s in the clip for her new single 'Under The Sun', which is out on September 2.

The promo - which will be fully unveiled on July 26 - was directed by Anthony Mandler, who has previously worked with the likes of Lana Del Rey, Rihanna, Drake and Eminem.

'Under The Sun', which was co-written by Cole and Alex Da Kid, serves as the star's second single from her latest album A Million Lights. The LP entered at number two on the UK charts earlier this year.

The 29-year-old will embark on her first solo headline arena tour in October this year, which includes two nights at Newcastle Arena and a single date at London's O2.
