Come on Cheryl, get a meat dress

So far, Cheryl Cole's biggest fashion risk has been that dubious purple trouser and orange top combo she rocked on the US X Factor. But if her latest comments are anything to go by, she could be planning something even more extreme. We know - it seems hard to imagine what that could be.

But Cheryl told Lorraine - well, the Lorraine show, not actual Lorraine Kelly - that the style she actually admires is Lady Gaga's.

"I think Lady Gaga has took it to the extreme and nobody had dared to go there before," she told the Lorraine show's fashion type, Mark Heyes. "I think she's fascinating. I mean, I'm not as brave or as bold as to do some of the things she does myself, but I admire her a lot."

Let's assume that means she's not ruling out a meat dress at this stage then.

Cheryl was also feeling the love for Rihanna and Cameron Diaz, who she said w! as "amaz ing".

She even told Lorraine that she had a girl crush on Cam, after the two worked together on the film 'What To Expect When You're Expecting' earlier this year. Cheryl tweeted Cameron afterwards to say 'Happy birthday Cameron, you sexy beeeyyaatchh' which seemed a tad forward, but let's overlook that.

But enough about other people. Cheryl also took a bit of time to talk about herself. She said some stuff about wanting to spend Christmas with family and her dogs - blah - but then got on to the important stuff: clothes.

Cheryl, who was on the show to promote her new shoe collection, said that there's absolutely a North/ South fashion divide.

"Definitely, 100 per cent, but again I love it," said Cheryl. "They don't mess around up there - we are talking full on glamour."

She also said she would love to get a tattoo covering her whole back but 'wouldn't dare'.

And talking about the abuse she's got over certain outfits, she shared that: "I dont care, I like what I wore, else I wouldn't have worn it."

This is why getting dressed in the dark's a bad idea, kids

Even the purple trousers and orange top, Chez? No. She must have forgotten about the purple trousers and orange top.
