Cheryl Cole reveals she ONLY used American dancers on solo tour

It was her fly-on-the-wall documentary, revealing exclusive behind the scenes footage of Cheryl Cole's first solo tour.

But proud Geordie Cheryl has angered some fans after revealing she only uses American dancers on her tour because 'of the boost they give' and the 'culture difference which brings something new'.

Some fans were angry that the 29-year was proud of her choice to only use American dancers instead of performers hailing from the UK.

One shocked viewer wrote on twitter: 'Nice to see Cheryl Cole supporting the English.... all American dancers on her tour.'

Ano! ther said: 'To be honest I think @CherylCole should have supported and used British dancers for her first tour instead of American ones!'

Cheryl's documentary, which aired on Tuesday evening, was access all areas as she let the cameras follow not only her rehearsals but her intimate moments with new boyfriend Tre Holloway.

Letting him in: Cole was happy to let her fans get to know Tre a bit better a he spoke to camera and got his personality across

She also used Cheryl: Access All Areas to take a swipe at paparazzi and other intrusions into her private life.

But Cheryl was obviously happy to share her new romance with the singer gushing about her 'connection' with Tre.

She said to the camera: 'There's a stronger connection and a chemistry that you wouldn't have with any other dancer.

That's not like her: She's usually cagey about her personal life but was happy to film herself kissing the dancer on her documentary Cheryl: Access All Areas on Tuesday evening

'To have that relationship is rare. To be able to have that with you and share those moments is pretty special actually.'

During the hour-long show Cheryl happily kissed and cuddled the dancer as he supported her in the lead up to the tour.

They were even seen showing off that 'chemistry' as they flirted and chatted behind the scenes.

And Cheryl's true feelings were shown on the ITV2 programme as Tre broke his leg just before her first show.

Looking clearly concerned Cole mused: 'He's nervous, it's his life, it's his livelihood. It's like me losing my voice - what would I do?

'He's upset with himself as I ask! ed him no! t to back flip, about five times.'

She was later seen comforting him as he recuperated in her presence.

Cheryl also opened up about getting used to having a relationship in the public eye again as she picked up a magazine and joked to Tre: 'Did you know we're getting married in the winter?'

After glancing at the gossip magazine presented to him by one of the dancers, he said: 'I can't handle that.'

Cheryl added: 'It still blows my mind the amount of lies and rubbish is written about me by people in an office...

'It's all new to Tre it's crazy to him, I've had it for ten years I know how it works. It's more hurtful when the media intrude on my loved ones, they didn't ask for this.'

Making an entrance: She spoke of her friendship with will.i.am and how happy she was he joined her on stage in the British capital

But it wasn't only her loved-up mood with her new beau that Cheryl exposed in the one-off programme.

The former X Factor judge showed the ins and outs of her rehearsals and nerves as she geared up for her main London show at the O2.

She also showed off her close relationship with Black Eyed Peas star Will.i.am, who showed up to perform on stage with her.

The music producer mused: 'Cheryl's sweet and that's the draw... people are bored of the divas.'

And she happily added as clips of their duet were shown: 'Will is a great energy to have around, he gets how I'm feeling... he knows it's a big deal...

'All he wants to do before we go on stage is gossip. The way he came all that way to support me made it just that extra little bit special.'
