Cheryl Cole drags mag to court for publishing claims made by MC Harvey

world-newsLondon, Feb 2 : Cheryl Cole has started legal proceedings against Now Magazine over claims made by MC Harvey that she shared a "relationship" with the rapper.
The singer took to Twitter after Harvey told Now magazine that the pair had got together after her marriage to footballer Ashley Cole collapsed, the Mirror reported.
She tweeted "Was this 'relationship' happening in your head @harveyofficial?! Are you smoking something?.." and added that she had met Harvey "once maybe twice at public events and with your wife!!".
Harvey, whose marriage to former Strictly Come Dancing judge Alesha Dixon collapsed when he had an affair with singer Javine Hylton, said he had "massive respect" for Cole but hit back on Twitter.
He said: "Do you actually want me to tweet some of the messages you emailed me @cherylcole pipe down and stop playing the saint in front of your fans."
Harvey told the magazine the pair shared "an attraction to each other's aura" but the relationship stopped when Cole moved to America for her ill-fated appearance on the US X Factor. (ANI)
