'X Factor' Tulisa Contostavlos turns to Cheryl Cole for advice

The X Factor's Tulisa Contostavlos has reportedly turned to former judge Cheryl Cole for help in dealing with the stress of the show.

The N-Dubz star is said to have sent a string of texts to the Girls Aloud singer, who replied with advice on how to deal with on-air disagreements - such as the one regarding Misha B and her alleged bullying.

Contostavlos asked her predecessor what the best approach for healing the rift with Kelly Rowland would be and how to prevent further clashes with her fellow judges.

A source told the Sunday Mirror: "The row with Kelly really got to her and she has been on good terms with Cheryl for a while so she sent her some messages to see if she could help.
