WENNGirls Aloud have revealed they will not be making an appearance at this year's Glastonbury festival as they will be celebrating Cheryl Cole's 30th birthday on the same weekend.
The 'Something New' hitmakers were rumoured to be performing at the world famous festival this June to mark their 10th anniversary celebrations, but the group have confirmed that they won't be getting muddy this summer as member Cheryl will be hosting celebrations as she turns the big 3-0.

Cheryl's bandmate and BFF Nicola Roberts has revealed she is in charge of the party weekend and it sounds as though the girls will have an almighty hangover in the days after.
I'll plan it. Maybe we should celebrate over a few days, Nicola said.
Girls Aloud kicked off their UK tour last week in Cheryl's hometown of Manchester, marking the first time the group have hit the road together in three years after taking a hiatus to pursue solo projec! ts.
Meanwhile, several other acts have been rumoured to be headlining Glasto this year, with Rihanna, Kings of Leon, Arctic Monkeys, The Rolling Stones and Fleetwood Mac, all speculated to appear.
