The Girls Aloud star's dance partner boyfriend Tre Holloway was reportedly planning to ask Cheryl to marry him this year after getting her father's blessing. Cheryl was said to have opened up to Tre over Christmas, teling him she is ready to marry again following her divorce from her footballer ex Ashley Cole in 2010.
But will Cheryl be trying on wedding dresses any time soon? NO.
This week, the singer tweeted: "Okay. That's enough silliness now from the media!! I am not, nor am I getting engaged or married! Stop it *Stephen A Smith voice* (sic)"

One Direction's Niall Horan involved in life-threatening car crash
One Direction fans spiralled into panic this week when it was alleged Niall Horan was involved in a horrific car crash. The star was reportedly travelling in a black Range Rover when it skidded on ice and hit the kerb of a dual carriageway. The 19-year-old was said to have climbed from the front seat of the vehicle in a state of shock after arriving back in the UK from Japan.
However, Niall soon set the record straight, telling fans the story was in fact FALSE.
He tweeted: "I was not in a car crash and that was not my car."

George Clooney irons his balls
Gossip fans were left stunned this week when they heard Hollywood actor George Clooney ironed his balls in a bid to get smooth skin (that's something we never thought we'd write when we woke up this morning!). Celebrity blogger Perez Hilton quoted him as saying: "I never fixed my eyes, but I spent more money to stretch the skin of my testicles. I did not like the wrinkles... I created ball ironing."
Is this bizarre story true? KIND OF.
"What?!" we hear you squeal. Well, yes. Silver fox George JOKED about the procedure during an int! erview wi! th Italy's Max magazine but he doesn't actually do it.

Kim Kardashian at war with Beyonce
With her life so firmly in the public eye, it's no surprise Kim Kardashian is the subject of many rumours. However, there's one that just won't die down - the Keeping Up With the Kardashians star is said to be at war with Destiny's Child singer Beyonce. The musician, whose husband Jay-Z is best buds with Kim's rapper boyfriend Kanye West, apparently became involved in a spat with Beyonce, who allegedly claimed Kim isn't classy enough to be in her circle of friends?
Can we expect to see Beyonce and Kim scratching each other's eyes out any time soon? NO.
Kim insists the pair are good friends, telling MTV News: "It's so not true. [Beyonce is] one of the sweetest people I have ever met. I have no idea where these things come from... I think they like to make up these feuds. It's more interesting."

Kelly Osbourne engaged
The rumour mill went into overdrive this week when it was reported reality star Kelly Osbourne got engaged to boyfriend Matthew Mossheart. The Fashion Police co-host is said to have taken the next step with her beau a couple of weeks before Christmas, with a source telling Us Weekly: "[They're] really excited. Kelly is the happiest she's ever been. Her career is going well, and she's in a healthy relationship with a wonderful guy."
However, don't go and buy a hat just yet! The jury is still out!
