Cheryl Cole denies engagement rumours

Cheryl Cole has denied rumours that she is engaged to boyfriend Tre Holloway.

The 29-year-old Fight for this Love singer has taken to her Twitter page to set the record straight, stating that she has no plans to walk down the aisle any time soon.

She wrote: "Okay. That's enough silliness now from the media!! I am not, nor am I getting engaged or married!"

Cole added: "Its [sic] pretty pathetic and very corny!!"

Girls Aloud star Kimberley Walsh recently said that she sees a future for Cole and Holloway, telling Jonathan Ross: "It's definitely a real relationship - she's known him for quite a long time.

"A few years ago he danced for her - the first time was years ago. He's a lovely guy, so I'm happy that he makes her happy."
