What: We were, frankly, quite concerned when news of Ms C's drastic lip enhancement hit the headlines. And when we set eyes her latest shot... well, lost for words probably doesn't cover it. So we were only too pleased to discover Chezza was posing with a pair of rubber lips - and that those red lovelies are not, in fact, her own. Sharing the joke with her PA Lily England, the hilarious songstress giggled: 'I think we've been in LA too long.. LMHO!!' Yes Cheryl, we're Laughing Our Heads Off, too.
