Cheryl Cole gets hands-on while designing shoe range - video

Cheryl Cole gets hands-on during the creative process of designing her first shoe range in a new behind-the-scenes video.

It was announced last month that the Girls Aloud star has teamed up with Stylist Pick for the range, which will be launched in December. She describes the project as a "dream come true".

Cole says in the video: "Which girl in the world doesn't want to design her own shoe? It makes my blood flow to just be that creative and that involved."

Meeting with the team, Cole is involved in choosing colour schemes, fabrics and the styles of shoes she wants to design. She explains that she is being "careful" with her ideas, knowing that not everyone "wants to wear a high heel all the time".

The 28-year-old is also shown expressing concern over superstitions about putting shoes on a table, handing over responsibility to another member of the design team.
