Cheryl Cole Admires Rihanna 'For Speaking Her Mind'

Cheryl Cole has spoken out about her love for Bajan beauty Rihanna once again - admitting that she admires the singer for speaking her mind on Twitter.

The 'Call My Name' singer then went on to call Rihanna a 'free spirit' who speaks her mind on the social networking site, despite all of the claims that the 'Umbrella' star maybe needs to calm down with her constant uploading of partying pictures on photo sharing site Instagram.

The Geordie star told Attitude magazine: "Rihanna is a free spirit and doesn't care if she calls somebody a **** on her Twitter," she confessed.

"But there are 12-year-old girls on there."

Cheryl went on to say that she wished that she could be as honest as Ri-Ri on the site, but she just doesn't feel that she can. The star admitted that she likes to act as a 'good role model' with her tweets and it pleases her to know that fans look up to her.

She added: "I didn't grow up with a role model so it's nice to be somebody's guide.''

Meanwhile, the singer has also recently admitted that she is 'a chav and she LOVES IT!'. Cheryl has slammed critics who have mocked her underprivileged background, telling of her past and how an ex-boyfriend even took her to a 'crack den'.

Cheryl went on to tell The Observer: "I'm a 'chav', aren't I? I love it. What's that about - being derogatory about someone who's done well from nothing? That's hilarious. I love that."
