WENNWhile Cheryl Cole might not be writing about her former husband Ashley Cole in her autobiography, she still obviously holds a torch for him because the star was spotted cosying up to a mystery man that looked shockingly similar to her ex at her birthday party in Las Vegas last month.
The star partied with her Girls Aloud BFF's Nicola Roberts and Kimberley Walsh at her 29th birthday bash thrown by Will.I.am and couldn't keep her hands off the Ashley look-a-like.
An eye-witness told The Daily Star: There was definitely some electricity in the air. It was strange how closely he resembled Ashley.
For a moment or two, I thought it was him. Cheryl just looked like she had landed the best birthday present ever."
She reportedly then left the swanky Encore Beach Club with the sexy male, who the 'Call My Name' star couldn't keep her hands off.
There was a lot going on, but you could see Cheryls attention was drawn more and more to the Ashley lookalike, the source added.
It was no surprise when they left together.
Or was the mystery man Ashley all along? The England star was in Los Angeles enjoying a boys holiday at the time.
Are the couple back on? Either way it is clear Cheryl has a type!
Earlier this week it was revealed that Cheryl Cole will only write around four pages on the break down of her marriage to Ashley Cole in her autobiography due out in October this year.
It has been reported that the Chelsea star's lawyers have become involved in the publishing process and will be checking the final draft before it's release.
