Cheryl Cole tops female kiss list

Cheryl Cole is the female celebrity with whom most straight women would like to share a kiss.

The chart-topping singer topped a poll of 2,000 women, finishing narrowly ahead of Angelina Jolie.

The poll - to mark the DVD release of the second series of lesbian TV drama Lip Service - also found that more than half (51%) of those in the survey had actually kissed a girl.

Almost two-fifths said it was because they were drunk, while a quarter claimed they were simply curious.

The Duchess of Cambridge proved to be a popular choice for a girl-on-girl kiss, taking third spot. She finished ahead of Rihanna.
