Thanks to the pay or play clause in the Girls Aloud singer's contract she signed with Simon Cowell, she was still entitled to the money. And now she is filing a Breach of Contract suit, suing Blue Orbit Productions for money owed for season two, reports Deadline. Cole is seeking the $2 million she would have earned as a judge, plus additional expenses for wardrobe, stylist and living expenses.
Only in Hollywood can you get paid for work you didn't actually do.
