Manager Will, 37, also bounced back after last Wednesdays accident when his 100,000 Cadillac crashed into a parked car on a late night trip to a McDonalds in LA.
The Black Eyed Peas star was given a neck brace for whiplash but removed it after a few days and was seen without it on Tuesday.
Cheryl got a bloody nose as her head hit the dash in the 3am smash but flew back to London to promote new single Under The Sun less than 48 hours later.
She later blamed Will for the crash saying he was over-excited that his song Reach For The Stars was beamed to Earth by a robot on Mars.
