The X Factor 's Tulisa Contostavlos has reportedly turned to former judge Cheryl Cole for help in dealing with the stress of the show. The N-Dubz star is said to have sent a string of texts to the Girls Aloud singer, who replied with advice on how to deal with on-air disagreements - such as the one regarding Misha B and her alleged bullying . Contostavlos asked her predecessor what the best approach for healing the rift with Kelly Rowland would be and how to prevent further clashes with her fellow judges.
