Cheryl Cole looks glowing after much-needed holiday after Girls Aloud tour

She was left exhausted following the Girls Aloud reunion tour as she battled flu while performing to thousands of fans every night.

So it's no wonder Cheryl Cole went to ground after the girl group announced their split three weeks ago.

Following two weeks in hiding - after presumably holidaying with boyfriend Tre Holloway - Cheryl broke cover at Los Angeles' LAX airport.

And it certainly looked like the break had gone her good as the singer looked glowing as she strutted through the airport.

The 29-year-old had certainly made an effort for the paparazzi in the airport in her loose-fitting olive trousers, black and cream vest and nude high heels.

Although nowhere to be seen, it is thought Cheryl has spent the past couple of weeks with dancer boyfriend Tre after they were reunited.

Tre was working in the U.S. while Cheryl was on the Girls Aloud's Ten tour of UK and Ireland.

However, a few days after she jetted into LA last month, he tweeted: 'Be Back Soon!!! #farfaraway :D.'

Both Cheryl and Tre's were noticeably silent on their Twitter accounts until the dancer returned to his micro-blogging page on April 10, declaring: 'I love her! #backtonormallife.'

Ahead of her break, Cheryl admitted she was exhausted following the end of the Ten tour and the emotional turmoil of the group splitting up.

She wrote on her website on March 23: 'Have just woken up!! This is the first time I have slept for more then 2 hrs in 4 days and I still don't feel human lol! Thank you so much for all your kind words, respect and well wishes..

'I'm gonna take some time now to rest and recover !! I need some doggy love, family ,friends & loved ones ! Just wanted to say thank you i love you and ill be back soon.'

Cheryl's former bandmate Sarah Harding recently revealed Cheryl is planning to move back to the United States.

She told Look m! agazine: ! 'Cheryls moving back to LA....

'Im going to miss her. But Im probably going to go out there at some point this year, so hopefully well catch up then.'
