Currently in the middle of a UK tour, with an autobiography to promote and a Girls Aloud reunion to rehearse for, Cheryl Cole is certainly one busy woman.

However, the pop star made sure she still has time for romance as she enjoyed a dinner date with boyfriend Tre Holloway in Mayfair on Wednesday night.

The pair headed out to a restaurant after Cheryl had taped an interview with Alan Carr for his Chatty Man show.

Also in the studio for the Channel 4 chat show was Leona Lewis and McFly's Tom Fletcher.

Cheryl, 29, and professional dancer Tre, 27, certainly looked thrilled to be in each other's company as she walked hand-in-hand.

The Girls Aloud star looked chic in a pale pink dress and nude heels, while her boyfriend opted for a shirt, blazer and chinos.

The singer is currently halfway through her debut solo tour, which started in Belfast on October 3.

She performed in Sheffield on Tuesday night and is set to travel up to Liverpool for Thursday night's gig.

However, her tour had been met with lukewarm reviews from critics, who claim the singer lacked the 'personality' to carry a solo show.

The Guardian's Caroline Sullivan wrote: 'Though brief by arena standards, the gig gives Cole ample time to prove that she is over-reaching herself by trying to carry a big show alone.

'She sings and dances tirelessly, making appropriately overwhelmed faces, but she lacks the look-at-me quality that makes a compelling performance.'

The Daily Telegraph's Ed Power wrote: 'Cheryl never imprinted her personality on the performance... How strange that, surrounded by state of the art production and dazzling costumery, one of the most recognisable women in pop should seem so faceless.'

The Evening Standard's Andre Paine added: 'While Cheryls dancing was slick and her singing was decent the overall performance felt a bit limp.'

DigitalSpy.co.uk's critic Robert Copsey wrote: 'On paper it should have been a thrilling spectacle, but the reality was an oddly flat experience.'
