Cole tweets Cowell over judging victory

Cheryl Cole has celebrated her 'Best Judge' victory over Simon Cowell in a new poll.

The Girls Aloud star, who was axed from The X Factor USA by Cowell in the early phases of this year's launch series, won 16.52% of the vote in a Virgin Media TV Awards survey.

Cowell came second with 16.08, followed by Strictly Come Dancing panellist Bruno Tonioli, who polled 12.66%.

Taking to her twitter page Cole wrote: "'Oh my!' And all in a couple days work, LOVE this @SimonCowell."

The tweet marks the first time Cole has sent a message to her former boss on the social networking site, though she previously appeared to mock Cowell's age.

Back in October she wrote: "Simon Cowell is '52' Today... He is officially in the overs category .. Hehehehehe.. Ooops.. I don't think he wanted that mentioned.. My bad !! ;-)"
